This system comes with a DC powered vibrating table with 150 mesh stainless steel screen to allow you to recirculate water out of the 30 gallon tuff tub. All material coming off the sluice box is sent down the table passing over the stainless screen and discharged off the end allowing the recovery of water that has passed through the screen into the recovery tub to be pumped back to the trommel and reused free of material that can clog up the water pump and spray bar.

This Dewatering Table takes place of the need to stop and clean out a material catch bucket usually at the end of the sluice box as well as cleaning water pump foot valves or more importantly a clogged up spray bar with organic material which effect the overall performance of the Trommel...Recirculating limited amount of water while using this table will slow down the feed rate on them.

If you expect full use of our trommels while recirculating water its best to have a sufficient size settling pond.
